Le Barioz

Le Barioz combines authenticity and tranquillity. Situated in the heart of the Belledonne forest, this small family resort offers an ideal setting for outdoor activities, far from the crowds.

Its Nordic area, one of the largest in the massif, is a delight for cross-country skiers, with 52 kilometres of runs. The alpine resort of Le Grand Plan, meanwhile, welcomes skiers with adapted equipment and a relaxed atmosphere. During the summer season, the Barioz trails lead up to the Crêt du Poulet refuge, with its remarkable views over the Haut Bréda valley. This destination is also popular with cyclists, particularly those who take the Balcons de Belledonne route via the Col du Barioz.

The Plateau des Petites Roches
