An accessible and welcoming destination

Situated between the communes of Saint-Martin-d’Uriage and Vaulnaveys-le-Haut, the spa town of Uriage-les-Bains enjoys a mild, sunny climate, ideal for relaxation, recuperation and rejuvenation.

Uriage-les-Bains is easily accessible from Grenoble and Gières by public transport or other means. The Centre Thermal Thérapeutique welcomes you for the 2026 spa season from 30 March to 5 December 2026, in a soothing setting where everything is designed to take care of you.

Two areas to suit all tastes

Uriage-les-Bains has two complementary establishments to welcome visitors according to their needs.

The Centre Thermal Thérapeutique offers subsidised 21-day cures, with thermal treatments using Eau Thermale Réparatrice, prescribed by a doctor and reimbursed by Social Security. It is aimed at people suffering from specific pathologies in dermatology, rheumatology, the respiratory tract and disorders of the oral and lingual mucosa. The Centre also welcomes people suffering from the side effects of oncology treatments.

The Thermal Centre is also accessible without a doctor’s prescription, for people wishing to enjoy the benefits of Eau Thermale Réparatrice for well-being purposes, via a 6-day mini-cure or à la carte treatments.

The Spa Thermal, meanwhile, offers a space conducive to relaxation surrounded by a unique natural setting, with two heated thermal pools, two saunas, a hammam and an outdoor jacuzzi. The spa offers hydrotherapy treatments using Eau Thermale Réparatrice, as well as relaxation treatments such as massages and modelling using the ‘Inspiration’ treatment, available without a medical prescription.

Unique thermal spring water to regenerate

Uriage Thermal Repair Water is naturally warm, gushing out at 27°C. Its exceptional mineral content of 11,000mg/L gives it unique properties: moisturising, soothing, healing and anti-inflammatory.

It is theonly active ingredient used in spa treatments and is at the heart of all the treatments given at the resort.

Therapeutic cures made to measure

Every year, the Centre Thermal Thérapeutique d’Uriage welcomes people for a cure. These cures are medically supervised and include a variety of treatments such as hydromassage baths, misting, mud applications and massages.

Thermal treatments are prescribed by a spa doctor according to the patient’s pathology and problems in dermatology (psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, etc.), respiratory tract / ENT (asthma, rhinitis, chronic bronchitis, etc.), rheumatology (osteoarthritis, lower back pain, sciatica, etc.) or oral and lingual mucosa (mouth ulcers, gingivitis, cheilitis, etc.).

Finally, for those who wish to discover the benefits of Eau Thermale Réparatrice without a doctor’s prescription, Uriage offers 6-day mini-cures and à la carte treatments. These are available on simple registration, without a doctor’s consultation.
