Situated between the communes of Saint-Martin-d’Uriage and Vaulnaveys-le-Haut, the spa town of Uriage-les-Bains enjoys a mild, sunny climate, ideal for relaxation, recuperation and rejuvenation.

Uriage-les-Bains is easily accessible from Grenoble and Gières by public transport or other means. The resort welcomes you from 31 March to 6 December 2025, in a soothing setting where everything is designed to take care of you.

Two areas to suit all tastes

Uriage-les-Bains has two complementary establishments to welcome visitors according to their needs.

The Établissement Thermal offers 21-day cures under agreement, prescribed by a doctor and reimbursed by Social Security. It is aimed at people suffering from specific pathologies.

The spa, meanwhile, offers a setting conducive to getting back into shape, with beauty and relaxationtreatments available without a doctor’s prescription.

Unique thermal spring water to regenerate

Uriage water is naturally warm and gushes out at 27°C. Its exceptional mineral richness, which is sulphurated, chlorinated and sodic, gives it soothing, healing and anti-inflammatory properties.

Today, it is used for both curative and comfort treatments, and is at the heart of all the treatments given in the resort.

Therapeutic cures made to measure

Every year, the Uriage thermal spa welcomes people for a cure. These cures are medically supervised and include a variety of treatments such as hydromassage baths, misting, mud applications and massages.

Spa treatments are indicated to treat a number of pathologies in dermatology (psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, etc.), the respiratory tract / ENT (asthma, rhinitis, chronic bronchitis, etc.) and rheumatology (osteoarthritis, lumbago, sciatica, etc.).

Therapeutic education programmes are also available for people suffering from eczema or psoriasis. These practical workshops help patients to better understand and manage their condition on a daily basis.

Finally, for those wishing to discover the benefits of thermal water without medical constraints, Uriage offers mini-cures lasting from 6 to 12 days. These are available on simple registration, with a prior medical consultation.
