Around the spa, there are numerous routes to suit all tastes and abilities. From the family trail to the more athletic route, each walk is an opportunity to explore a different face of the region.

For visitors looking for a moment of relaxation in the heart of nature, there are a number of routes offering easy access, unobstructed views and little change in altitude. These routes are perfect for a family outing or a walk in the shade of the trees.

Some of the routes are not too demanding, and reward walkers with superb views of the surrounding massifs, including the Vercors, Chartreuse and Belledonne.

Other loops take in contrasting landscapes, with woodland, farmland and village fringes.

A 3 km walk to discover Uriage and its panoramas, between nature and historical remains

Departing from the spa park, this 6.2km walk takes in the residential districts of Uriage and follows the banks of the Vernon River in a bucolic atmosphere.

A pleasant 6 km route linking several hamlets and offering beautiful views of the mountains

A 9km hike along the slopes of the Belledonne to admire the scenery of Saint-Martin-d’Uriage from the heights.

Two variants of 5 and 7 km allow you to alternate between urban areas, country paths and forests close to the town.

A sporty 4 km route starting from the village, perfect for a fast, dynamic climb

An 11 km route that starts in the Champ-Ruti vineyards before taking in the wild peaks of Combeloup.

For those with a taste for rugged terrain, a circuit such as the Circuit des Cimes, with 850 metres of ascent over 13 km, climbs all the way to the Aiguille at 1839 m. At the summit, the reward is as good as the effort: a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks.

The Circuit de Montrond is ideal for hikers who enjoy forest walks. The 8km route takes 2? hours to climb the 300 metres of ascent.

Entirely in woodland, the 5 huts route takes 6? hours to cover the 16-kilometre circuit and climb the 640 metres of ascent. It is therefore suitable for hikers used to walking long distances.

Take a deep breath as you make your way through ferns, a magnificent meadow and the Prémol forest!

This magnificent balcony route winds and undulates at an altitude of around 1,250 metres. It is 12 km long and takes 5 hours to climb the 420 metres of ascent.

A heritage trail has been on offer since autumn 2006. It tells the story of the spa from Roman times to the present day (Departure from the Tourist Office).
